For the past 4 years, we have been growing Mango, Fanas, Mosambi, Orange, Lemon, Moh, Charoli, Shevga in the village of Pitezari (Taluka – Sakoli, District – Bhandara) and in about 25 villages in Sakoli, Lakhani and Sadak-Arjuni talukas by “Nisargavedh”. We are giving fruit trees such as Sitaphal, Ramphal, Pomegranate, Chiku, Amras, Guava, Jambhul, Banana, Kavath, Mulberry. These saplings are being enthusiastically planted by the local Gond tribals or Gowari, Powar, Kunbi, Sonar and many other communities. We give each person two saplings at a time. If the person plants these saplings properly, keeps them alive, grows them, then only then gives two more saplings. Generally, people plant such trees on the edge of their fields, near their houses, in wadis or in open spaces owned by themselves. The main thing is that young people are participating in this activity in large numbers. This picture is very promising. The trees planted by people in this way have now started bearing fruit. People are bringing home fruits as a gift to us very lovingly. These hundreds, thousands of trees will provide habitat not only to humans, but also to insects, butterflies, moths, frogs, mongooses, reptiles, birds and mammals. Will support. They are going to live.

We can see economy and ecology can be seen to be cleverly combined. That is why a gond friend sees a ‘big god’ in the moha tree. I see our ‘Vitthal’ in the mango tree. Bringing everyone closer from riddles to humans. Lover of Maya. It provides shade to sit in the afternoon. Gives sweet fruits. He placed his hand on his head in such a way that his eyes began to flow with happiness.
